Just looking. Didn't buy. Talk to Anthony Stanley if you go. What a great guy! He knows his stuff. Primarily looked at the Entegra Vision 36C and 36A. Referencing the photos - 36A is the one with bunks (they are for short peeps) and barely any inside storage. 36C has great inside storage but no bunks.

What a wonderful experience, especially being first time Travel Trailer owners. Staff was wonderful. The gentlemen that walked us through our TT just knew his business. His experience showed. Very detailed oriented and we appreciate it. The gal that we filled out paperwork with was just as personable. Even one of the gentleman working there saw me taking pictures and walked over and offered to take our picture. We were asked at least twice by... other staff if we needed any help or coffee. Purchased our Class C RV from RV One in February, 2022. Staff was friendly and helpful. Anyone that has owned any type of recreational vehicle knows that problems will arise and ours was no different. Over the year several issues arose resulting in a couple of trips to the dealer for warranty work. I want to shout out to Wendel my assigned service manager on the outstanding help and understanding while seeing that my service needs were met. He... was very professional and made sure we were updated along the way as to what was happening with our RV. This type of service and follow up will definitely have me looking at RV One again should I decide to upgrade.read more

I am so glad I went with RVone to purchase my Class C! I had the best experience working with Jason. The two hour walk through with the technician Cory was a huge relief as I had never been inside an RV before deciding to purchase! I would absolutely recommend, especially compared to the initial service I received at another RV dealer. RV one really is the best at what they do!

My Father-in-law was on his way home from a vacation, coming up route 77 when the spring hanger broke on his fifth wheel trailer. Someone stopped to help and gave him the number to RV One. He called them and they had him bring the trailer in immediately. They got him right in and were able to repair the spring hanger on the spot. He was back on the road home within an hour and a half. Best of the Best! We can’t say enough about how wonderful of an experience we had with Adam, Jason, Riley and Craig at RV One in Charlotte. I’ve been going here for over 10 years for parts and service (back when it was Golden Gait Trailers and now RVOne)… the people in the service and parts department are absolutely top notch…. I’ve had service for a couple different trailers, my Class A RV and now some parts for my Class C RV…. staff is always fantastic and explains things well. This should be your first stop for RV or trailer stuffs in the Charlotte area.

Sam the service advisor and Quinn the mechanic went above and beyond with my cargo trailer! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years having my work trailers worked on and by far they completely knocked all of my service needs out of the park and then some. Would highly suggest using one of them for your next service needs. You will definitely not be disappointed with these gentleman

My wife and I were traveling back from camping in the south and about 40 mile south of RV One we broke an axle. Stressful to say the least, as we are from NY and had to find the right place to have it repaired. We read a review about a gentleman from Montana who had a similar experience and praised the repairs made at RV One. I was fortunate to have a gentleman named Sam take charge of my situation. The minute I had it towed in he met my unit,... examined it and an had my estimate in two days. Unfortunately, with covid, the axles took six weeks for delivery. Lori in the service dept worked it out for us to use our RV with pending repairs over the past weekend. She responded on Friday and within a few hours i was able to pick it up and use it for a great long weekend. We had a great time all thanks to Lori and her friend in the service area.

We purchased a 2021 Yukon Dutchman 5th wheel RV from this dealership about 6 months ago. Unfortunately, we had a tire blow out on Memorial Day. We were able to get in touch with Bill in the service department and he was able to assist us with roadside service, getting a new tire and helping us get back on the road. Loved not being chased down by sales people and being able to look inside and out of the RV's without being hassled and taking time to look and process and think about what your looking at and what you need !!! The sales people do see you, check in, say hello, let us know if you need anything, very easy to find them if you have questions. I had a wonderful experience ! After months of researching fifth wheels that were able to accommodate my flexible work life and looking at several fifth wheels at several dealers. I finally came across RV-One and encountered a top notch salesman - Anthony, who showed me the options my wife and I were interested in and offered to show us one not on our radar. We're glad he did, because that's the one we decided to go with - beautiful floor plan, spacious enough for our 3... children if they wanted to tag along on the weekends and plenty of room for me to not feel cramp during my work weeks when I'm in it. We just purchased a new Jayco from this location. Our Salesman Nelson Perez was very professional and treated us well. He was very knowledgeable and understood our MANY Concerns. Randy also was of great help at our demo having owned many RVs. Everyone was great. We rate them 5 (A First Ever) as of this date. We have a FOLLOW UP with the service dept. Bought a new 2021 Dutch Star from a dealer in SC. Last week, (the latest of many issues I've experienced with this coach since purchasing it) I found that the generator was running but not sending power to the coach. Newmar sent me to RV One in Charlotte (nearest warranty repair near me) and received EXCELLENT SERVICE. Needed new transfer switch (who knows why) but they had me up and running in just a short time! After shopping around for a little while I had the good fortune of reaching out to RV one in Charlotte. From the very first return text message I knew this was where I wanted to do business. Incredibly fantastic customer service from our salesman Eric Martin made it not only an easy but a fun experience. We had other RV dealers much closer to us but the customer service, personal attention as well as great prices ( best deal we found for our RV... ) made the four hour drive well worth it for us. Wonderful experience with Eric, our sales guy and Brock, our finance guy. We bought a Class B THOR Rize and are super excited! No hard pressure sales. Great environment, well staffed; they even had a guy making balloon animals for the kids! Not to mention the free Starbucks self serv machine! We've been to several other dealers and there is simply no comparison. We highly recommend RV One & especially Eric Martin!

From start to finish these guys have been first class, they found us the exact unit we wanted and had it shipped from Iowa. We took it out the first weekend and had a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed, I contacted our go to go Sam and he got me in within 24 hours of speaking to him and handled the minor issues the same day.Ryan our salesman is awesome, Josh the finance manager was great, and Adam was full of energy along with... getting our deal done the same day.The rv buying process can be worse than buying a car but these guys made it easy. I bent both axles on my 2017 Jayco Whit hawk travel trailer in September of 2021 going through a construction zone. My new tires were almost gone within 200 miles and I was 40 miles out of Charlotte. I needed a place to go. Sam in service at RV One was so helpful on the first call in with ideas on how to get to the dealership as well being upfront that it would take a couple of months to get the parts. That was OK with me as I could pick the... trailer up on my way to Florida being a snow bird from Minnesota. He gave me his cell phone and email so that we could stay in touch. The axles came in right when Sam said they would. He worked with the insurance company and me to help the claim that I filed. When I picked the trailer up, I had an issue with the tires they had put on, he said "Hold on a minute" called his service department and had them change the tires while I waited. No problem waiting. It is a challenging environment in the RV/Travel Trailer world as the demand for trailers, parts and service is so high. It was nice to have RV One perform as well as they did for me. Meishap from the service department was wonderful . I called to ask about my slide not working and to get my RV service , since it was sitting at camping world for four day not looked at even though I had an appointment schedule . I was skeptical because of what camping world put me through . . She new exactly what was needed to be done . She told me that it would be completed the same day and I could pick up my RV at 6 pm .
